Doug planted Crosby Community Church in January 1993. His primary responsibilities are preaching and teaching God’s Word, providing spiritual and pastoral care for our church family, creating avenues to welcome those who have yet to accept Christ and providing leadership and vision to carry our church into the future.
Doug is originally from Sharonville, OH. He attended the University of Cincinnati from 1980-1983 and received his Bachelor of Science in Bible from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO in 1986.
Before Crosby Community Church, he ministered at High Street Baptist Church in Springfield and was Youth Minister at Deer Park Baptist Church in Cincinnati.
Doug and Sue married in 1985 and have two children, Matt and Jenna.
Bryant started attending Crosby Community Church in 2003. That same year, he started leading worship. His primary responsibility is providing a worship experience that is uplifting and prepares people for Doug’s message while ensuring that the music is biblically based.
Bryant is originally from Harrison, OH. He has been involved in church music for most of his life in a variety of roles including piano and keyboard, choral directing and leading worship.
Bryant and Kim married in 1989 and have three children, Brendon, Shawn and Jeremiah.
Ryan came to Crosby Community Church with his family in 2008 and helped form and lead the high school/college age youth group, Christians in Motion.
Ryan graduated from Cincinnati Christian University in 2014 with a BA in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Urban and Intercultural Ministry. A year later, he graduated with an MAR in Church Growth and Planting.
Ryan has recently become the coordinator for the church’s new Community Groups. These small groups seek not only to disciple individual believers but also to raise the next generation of Crosby Community Church’s adult leaders.
Ryan is married to Maggie, whom he met while studying at CCU. Together, they feel that God is leading them to move in the next several years to an undisclosed mission field in Asia to work alongside the local persecuted church.
